One of the most notable characters of the series is Pinoychanneltv Lady Yam. She is the cousin of the late Mr. Pinoy, who was the singer and actor best known for his hit "Goodbye, Goodbye." As the show progressed, viewers saw that Lady Yam would try to make peace with her cousin's killer, Bula. She tried to get her hands on Bula's money, but he always had it in his pocket. Aside from Alodia, there was also Mr. Alodice, who is the only major character who got more screen time this time around. He is desperately trying to catch up with his daughter, Mrs. Alodice.

Overall, the show brought back memories of my childhood. I guess everyone can relate to what I am talking about. I have always loved watching Pinoongan shows, especially Pagkadran, Bullfight, and the old Showa episode where Ayala came out with a gun and started shooting everyone in sight. Watching it all over again, it makes me feel proud of my old girl. She and Mr. Alodice always had a good thing going for them, even during the earlier days.
